Therapy Corner

May was Better Hearing & Speech Month, and we want to celebrate our Speech Therapy team here at Morganfield Nursing & Rehab.

Ashley Phillips, SLP graduated from Murray State University in 2000 with a Bachelor’s of Science and in 2002 with a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology. She has worked in long-term care and at MNR for 17 years and served the school system for 2 years.

Kaci Johns, SLP is a 2010 and 2011 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders. She has worked in long-term care and at MNR for 7 years. Kaci also serves the pediatric population.

A big thanks to our other speech therapists that help out from time to time! If you see one of our ST staff, please thank them and wish them Happy ST Month!
