Satisfaction Survey in October

We just learned that we will be having a satisfaction survey sometime in October. Residents who are able to do their own will be asked to fill out the survey and return it while family members will receive the surveys of those residents who are not able to complete.

We work hard to a great facility and though we only want true and accurate ratings, we ask that if anything is less than “good” or “excellent” please talk to me before marking that choice.

We are working diligently to improve our customer service during our monthly in-service as well as trying to do training in areas we feel we could do better. We are known to spoil our residents.

Please take the time to answer the survey questions and return them in the return envelope. We appreciate you – our residents, family members and guests.
