Letter from the Administrator

Here it is! That time of year again when we are asking a favor. You will be receiving or may have already received a satisfaction survey from the Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities. We have, once again, earned the right to be considered as the “Best of Kentucky” through our facility rating of four stars.

We ask that you complete the survey honestly but if there is some area that is less than “good” or “excellent” we want to know in order to correct if we can. We pride ourselves in trying to be the best we can and are always striving to improve and do better.

These scores are important to us and our residents. Our scores is our report card and it is our feedback from you to let us know how we are doing. If you have a concern, always call and set up a meeting in order to have your concern addressed.
