Good Luck to our Discharged Patient!

Deanna C. has been at Morganfield Nursing and Rehab for about three years. Today she is in her own apartment thanks to the Kentucky Transition program. Deanna will be missed as she has become a friend to most of the residents and staff. Hopefully she will return again in the near future as a visitor to the friends she made while here. Deanna writes, “Thanks for being part of my health providers for the past three years. I’m very grateful to all of you. Thanks for being my friends and now I consider you all my family.
