Training Day

Staff enjoyed a more one-on-one day of training in everything from freshening up on day to day tasks to emergency preparedness. Department heads each took a piece of the training and made displays, tests, and handouts and, of course, treats! First time this type of training had been undertaken but proved to serve more staff in one day as each station was manned for almost twelve hours. We want to strive to give the best quality care for our residents.
