Therapy Success

Mrs. W. admitted to MNR for a recent decline in functional mobility, swallowing and memory difficulties. She lived at home with her husband and her goal was to return there after a successful rehabilitation stay. Mrs. W. worked through several barriers during her stay. Through hard work, strong motivation and family and staff support, Mrs. W. was able to discharge home in less than 3 months. She had regained her strength in her upper and lower body and upon discharge was walking with a rollator for assistance and able to recall safety techniques, increase problem solving skills and was upgraded to a regular diet. Mrs. W. was cooperative with therapy activities and dedicated to her goals! Congrats to Mrs. W. and her success! We wish her well at home and look forward to her visits.
