Success Story
Mr. G admitted to MNR with difficulty to provide himself appropriate daily care, decreased safety awareness, decreased mobility. While at MNR he worked hard to adjust to therapy routines and make progress. He was able to improve his functional mobility daily. As he became more cooperative with therapy, he started noticing improvements in his daily activities and functional mobility and became more motivated to reach his short term goals. During his stay, he was able to gain enough strength to transition from limited mobility with a walker to walking Independently throughout the facility. Due to his hard work and determination Mr. G was able to discharge home. We are excited and proud of his success and wish him well at home!
