Rehab to Home

One of our main goals at MNR is to increase the number of residents that get to return home after physical, speech, or occupational therapy. When a resident admits for rehabilitation, we immediately start a discharge plan. It is great to see residents hit their therapy objectives and be able to walk out of the door!
