A Letter from the Administrator

To provide efficient meal tray service, alternate meal requests should be requested by 10:00 am for lunch and 3:00pm for dinner/supper. This will allow the dietary employees to properly prepare items requested as well as prepare for main dining service. Thank you for adhering to timely meal requests to enhance your dining experience.
